TBOOKS: UK FICTION FOR TEENAGE READERS

This bibliography includes 100 recent teenage literature titles selected by David Kendall from the Reading Agency. Also included is a guide for librarians and teachers on how to use the titles. This bibliography was produced for the Russian Animating Literature Seminar in 2004 but will be of use to all those interested in encouraging teenagers to read.

With a introduction by Melvin Burgess, this bibliography is divided into five sections:

Wonder: a sense of amazement at the world
Laughter: this should make you smile
Trouble: life can be very strange
Fear: something or somebody is out to get you
Passion: the best thing in your life.
