From science fact to science fiction.

The public appetite for learning about the scientific world we live in and trying to make sense of its rapid advancement, has led to a vast increase in the publication of books for the general reader - as opposed to the student or academic. Hunting Down the Universe is a bibliography offering a selection of some of the best, liveliest and most informative writing on popular science coming out of the UK. However the bibliography does not confine itself to non-fiction. As the two cultures of science and literature move closer together, we have included many fiction titles, as well as poetry and drama, which link in and complement the other works.
