WORLD BOOK DAY 2006
For World Book Day on Thursday 2 March 2006 we are offering online chats between UK reading groups and reading groups around the world. We currently have reading groups in eight countries interested in chatting on World Book Day. They are from India, Italy, Malaysia, Namibia, Nigeria, Russia (Ekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod) and Spain (Valencia and Bilbao). If you would your reading group to take part then please contact Kristina Hedderly with possible times and any preference for countries and she will help arrange it for you. It helps if you have all read similar books, but isn't essential, so if you also let her know what you have been reading recently it would be helpful. If this day doesn't suit you why not join in with chats on International World Book day on Thursday 23 April instead.
